PM Service Visits

Our comprehensive preventative maintenance service includes a full rebuild of the sample handling unit flow circuit with new components, light source optimization, and a rigorous schedule of performance tests, ensuring optimal instrument performance.

On-Site Training

Our on-site training goes beyond the user manual, covering even the most niche accessories and applications. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced user, we'll help you maximize the potential of your instrument.

Instrument Relocation

We can assist with your instrument move whether it's to a nearby lab or across the country. We ensure that your instrument is handled correctly during the relocation and our familiarity with the equipment means auxiliary items and accessories are not misplaced.

Consumables, Spares and Accessories

We stock a comprehensive range of parts for stopped-flow instruments. Many are identical to Applied Photophysics components, while others, including valves, tubing, and syringes, have been developed as cost-effective replacements.

Refurbished Parts and Replacement Units

We are strong advocates for instrument recycling and refurbishment. We can often help source a single component, a complete module or new accessory for specific SX model instruments. This extends the lifetime of your instrument and significantly reduces your running costs.

To ensure the most efficient repair process, some problems are best addressed in our workshop.
